Actor Salman Khan had a new film shoot coming up next day and was off drinks on the day of the incident, said his counsel Amit Desai in the Bombay high court on Tuesday.
The four bills, that the police produced during his trial, were manipulated and questionable, he said in response to a query by Justice A R Joshi.
Desai pointed to discrepancies among witnesses over his time of entry into the Juhu bar where one witness said he entered at 11 pm and another said at midnight. “The accident occurred at 2.45 am on September 28 but the blood samples were taken only 12 hours later at JJ Hospital…why this delay,” asked Desai
