NEW DELHI: A retired assistant commissioner of police (ACP) allegedly committed suicide by jumping in front of a train at Tilak Bridge railway station early morning on Sunday.
The deceased has been identified as R S Bhasin (61), who retired as an ACP seven months ago. Bhasin had left his house in Vasant Kunj late night on Saturday without informing any of the family members. The police have recovered a suicide note from the deceased in which he had mentioned that he was fed up of his life and wanted to end it.
