It is now the Taliban ruling the country of Afghanistan after capturing the capital of the country, Kabul.

The president of Afghanistan, Ashraf Ghani along with his top ministers have stepped down and fled out of the country stating the reason as – “to Prevent a Flood of Bloodshed”.

With the tensions inside the country, the border tensions and Peace Treaties of other countries are also at stake and fear a bigger war.

All those who worked for a democratic Afghanistan for the last 20 years under the leadership of the United States are going to face a major setback after this power change. This includes not just NATO allies of the US, but also India.
