Well, here is it, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) is here to set the Routines right!
The FSSAI recently, after the major Festive season ended, posted a list of post-festival health tips.
1] Pro-Tip – BREAK-UP with Sugar for a while. Add Honey, Cinnamon or Nutmeg to make food sweet.

2] Whole Grains and Fresh Fibers (Fruits and Veggies) will help one’s Digestive System get back on track. Dietary fiber from whole grains or other foods, may help reduce blood cholesterol levels and may lower risk of heart disease, obesity, and type 2 diabetes. Fiber is important for proper bowel function. It helps reduce constipation and diverticulosis.
