Along with sharing the journey of Micromax, Sharma also tols that the company was put to a stop after the invasion of the Chinese brand smartphones in the market. This led to the number 2 smartphone maker in the year 2014 in India, go down in dumps by 2016.
But, the ruling government has braced itself and its citizens “Atmanirbhar Bharat” (self-reliant India) and hence, the company has now decided to make a comeback with its “In” range of smartphones. Sharma did not reveal the Date, Day, Time or Product in the video but just a blue box that has ‘In’ written over it. No details about the product line were given out in the video.
According to a report by Mobile Indian, the phone could be a set of three launches in India with high-end features on a low budget. The specifications of the phone have been leaked in the market with no official statement from Micromax or its co-founder, Rahul Sharma.
