Uday Samant – Higher and Technical Education Minister, on Wednesday confirmed the exam between October 1 and 15. The revised schedule will be available for the students soon.

“Once a decision on final year exams is announced, we will announce dates for CET as well. We plan to conduct the exam between October 1 and 15,” Samant said.

After Samant met the Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari, he stated, “The governor is also of the opinion that exams should be conducted in an easy format, allowing students to appear from their homes. The universities will make a decision accordingly.”

There is another meet scheduled with the Governor and the Vice-chancellors of 13 non agricultural universities on Thursday 4 pm and then the report will be publicised within 2 days.

After the report is ready, the State Disaster Management Committee will be held, headed by the Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, Samant added.
