There has been an increase in the Omicron cases since the past few days and has caused worry among the people.
On Monday, the Bombay High Court referred to the deadly second wave of Covid-19 and said that they don’t want a repeat of those dark days. Moreover, the High Court also praised the efforts of the Maharashtra government in the context of controlling the second wave.
A division bench of Chief Justice Dipankar Dutta and Justice M S Karnik said, “We have no hesitation that Maharashtra was a pioneer in tackling Covid-19. Several courts in some states are still not open (for physical hearings). Our collective efforts have succeeded.”
