As reported by ANI, Lalbaugcha Raja Ganeshotsav Mandal will celebrate Ganesh Utsav in a traditional way this year sticking to all the Covid-19 norms.
In the wake of the pandemic last year, the Mandal organised a blood and plasma donation camp in place of Ganesh Mahotsav due to Covid-19.
Guidelines of Ganeshotsav
- Maharashtra Government made it compulsory for all Mandals to take permission from respective Municipality or local authority.
- Ganesh Idols should be around 4 feet.
- The state government has asked mandals to celebrate in a simple manner. Instead of cultural programmes, organisers have been asked to arrange health and blood donation camps.
- The larger pandals have been ordered to ensure that there is no crowding at their locations and also to create a facility for online Darshan.
