While announcing, Kejriwal in one of his statements said, “Why do people from districts across Uttar Pradesh have to come to Delhi for healthcare, education and basis amenities? Why can’t they avail that in their own state?”
“A lot of people from Uttar Pradesh living in Delhi have told us over the last few years that just like Delhi, Uttar Pradesh too deserves welfare and benefits,”
said Kejriwal. Adding to this, he said,
“If Sangam Vihar can have Mohalla Clinics, so can Gomti Nagar.”Saying that there is only one thing lacking in the Uttar Pradesh politics – Honesty and Commitment, he added that,
“This is what AAP has. It is with this honesty that AAP has transformed Delhi. We proved that the governments lack not money, but the intent.”
If the 2022 elections are being contested by the Aam Aadmi Party, it will be the party’s biggest contest since the 2014 general elections, when it fielded candidates in 400 seats across the country.
Kejriwal said that there are people who have told him that they are fed up with the ‘old parties’ that are ruling in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The party’s poll agenda will be to showcase work done in Delhi.
Kejriwal also said that all parties in Uttar Pradesh have betrayed the people as “each government crossed the other one in terms of corruption.”

Kejriwal concluded.
