The total number of Omicron cases in India has reached 358 as the country reported 6,650 new Covid cases. In the last 24 hours, India registered 7,051 recoveries and 374 deaths.
India’s cumulative caseload has risen to 3.42 crore with active cases comprising 77,516. The countries’ daily positivity rate stands at 0,57% which is less than 2% for the last 81 days.
The new variants’ tally in India has surged to 358 out of which 114 have been discharged. Maharashtra accounts for the highest number of Omicron cases at 88 which is followed by Delhi (67) and Telangana (38).
