On Friday, the police claimed that it has put 35 students including 27 minors behind the bars for allegedly being involved in the bomb explosions that took outside schools and shops in Prayagraj. Moreover, it is also being considered by the police authorities to invoke the National Security Act (NSA) against the students who are adults.

SSP (Prayagraj) Shailesh Kumar Pandey told The Times Of India that “We are also planning to invoke National Security Act (NSA) against the adult students who had allegedly hurled crude bombs on shops as some of the cases were even registered under section 307 of IPC.” He also added, “Till now, a total  of 35 students have been sent behind the bars, including eight adult students in Naini Central Jail.”
