On Tuesday, the civic department said that in the last 24 hours, 102 people have been tested positive for Coronavirus in the Mumbai city that took the tally to 10,59,433. However, the death toll stands unchanged at 19,562.
Since 27 February, the city has logged 103 Covid cases and since then, this has been the biggest jump of Covid cases in Mumbai.
In the last 24 hours, Maharashtra has seen 153 Covid cases along with four deaths. The caseload in Maharashtra stands at 78,77,078 whereas, the death toll stands at 1,47,838. The Covid case fatality rate of the state is 1.87%.
Districts like Sindhudurg, Ratnagiri, Satara, Nandurbar, Latur, Washim, Osmanabad, Bhandara and Chandrapur do not have any active cases.
