Steps for e-ticketing:

- Share the OTP at the ticket counter
- Passengers will receive a QR code along with the details of fare and destination.
- Passengers can scan at any automated fare gate.
A Metro official says that this app-based product has been created by the in-house team and has been implemented in the association along with technology partners.
