A Scorpio with gelatin sticks was found parked on Carmichael Road near ‘Antilia’, the multi-storey residence of Ambani, chairman of Reliance Industries, on Thursday evening.

A day after Mumbai police said an organisation named Jaish-ul-Hind has claimed the responsibility of placing an explosives-laden SUV near industrialist Mukesh Ambani’s house in south Mumbai, the little known outfit on Monday denied any connection with the incident.

In a poster shared on Telegram, the Jaish-ul-Hind said Ambani had no threat from them and claimed that the earlier message shared in the name of Jaish-ul-Hind was fake.
“This morning we saw Indian news outlets flashing news that we “Jaish UI Hind” took the responsibility of the incident that happened outside Indian business tycoon Mukesh Ambani’s residence. We also got to know about a telegram account in the name of Jaish ul Hind that has released a banner claiming the same incident,” it said.

“By this poster, we want to clear that “Jaish UI Hind” has no relation with the incident that happened outside Mukesh Ambani’s bungalow. The alleged telegram account and the poster have no link with Jaish UI Hind, We condemn the Indian Intelligence agencies for morphing and making a fake poster in the name of Jaish UI Hind,” the lesser know outfit claimed.
