All adults aged 18 years and above can now take Covid booster shots at private vaccination centres at a price, beginning April 10.
Precaution dose has already been received by around 2.4 crore people across India.
“Adding an extra layer of safety! Precaution dose to be available to 18+ age group from 10th April, 2022, at private vaccination centres. All 18+ who have completed nine months after administration of second dose would be eligible for precaution dose,” tweeted Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya.
The ones who have completed nine months after the second dose are eligible to take the precautionary dose.
