The city has recorded 50% fewer cases in November in the last 20 days as compared to the cases recorded in the month of October.
Between November 1 and 20, the city recorded 4,892 cases of Covid. Whereas, in the month of October, the city had recorded 9,823 cases in the same time period.
On Sunday, while comparing the data with the Covid portal, the state government reconciled positive cases in the city. The city, on Sunday, also recorded three deaths which took the toll to 16,306. The fatality rate in the city stands at 2.1%.
