For the first time in over a month, the cases have dropped below 400 in Thane. On Monday, the city saw a spike of 388 positive cases. Whereas, 685 people were also discharged, taking the number of recoveries to 1,17,143.
The active cases too have come down to 5,592 against 10,000 just 10 days ago. The recovery rate has increased to 94%.
Earlier Majiwada- Manpada ward was reporting cases of three digits has reported 85 cases, followed by 65 in Vartak Nagar and 47 Naupada Kopari.
Kalwa reported 39 cases, followed by 35 in Lokmanya-Savarkar Nagar, 34 in Uthlsar, 26 in Diva, 21 in Wagale and 10 in the Mumbai area.
