Under the state’s new electric vehicle policy, the focus of the signed MoU will be to adopt and promote the use of electric vehicles. The Memorandum of Understanding has been signed by Maharashtra with RMI.
Technical support will be provided by the RMI in implementing the recently launched EV policy in the state.
The signing was done in Glasgow, United Kingdom, at the United Nations Conference on Climate Change (COP26).
