Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said, “In view of COVID-19 cases, Madhya Pradesh govt imposes night curfew from 11 pm to 5 am from today till further orders.”
With 53,638 samples being examined during the day, the number of tests carried out in MP went up to 2,30,91,740.
Chief Minister expressed concern over increase in positive cases in the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat and Delhi. Chief Minister said that people come from these states to Madhya Pradesh and we have past experience that positive cases increase from Bhopal and Indore. State reported 30 new cases after long gap yesterday.
Chief Minister said that the officers-in-charge of the districts where the rate of corona vaccination has decreased should ensure to work on this with special attention.
