Maharashtra is the worst hit state by the Coronavirus Pandemic and is preparing itself for the incoming Third Wave.

Not only this but, Maharashtra ranks on top of the most Vaccinated individuals list in the country.

The lockdown in Maharashtra has not yet been lifted fully but Deputy CM Ajit Pawar gave a statement on Wednesday.

Pawar said that individuals who have been fully vaccinated should be allowed to “go out” in a phased manner.

He said that this was his personal opinion and that he will discuss it with Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray soon.

In his statements, he also lauded the Maharashtra population saying that citizens are unhesitatingly coming out to take the jabs.

The Maharashtra deputy chief minister’s statement comes at a time when the number of fresh Covid-19 cases remains high in the state.
