The state has recorded a dip of 30% in the cases and a dip of 35% in Covid deaths in the month of October as compared to September.
On Sunday, Maharashtra’s active case count has dropped to 16,658. On Sunday, the state reported cases under 1,500 for the eighth day which took its tally to 6,611,078. In Maharashtra, the toll from the pandemic has reached 140,216.
The state has reported 60,222 cases in October which is 29.95% less as compared to September. In September, Maharashtra reported 161,161 cases and 4,522 deaths.
