As per the daily Covid-19 data released by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), there has been no spike in Mumbai yet despite the marginally increased Covid testing.
The BMC officials have also maintained that the 15 day period after the occasion of Diwali is crucial and the situation will be closely monitored till November 20.
The daily positivity rate has remained below 1% and active cases have dropped from 5997 starting from October 13 to 3580 on 14th November, a fall of 40.3%.
Till November 14, the city has conducted 11.86 million Covid tests with a positivity rate of 6.40%.
