On Monday, the state government had announced that amusement parks except the water slides will be resuming their operations from October 22. The decision on water parks will be made later on.
The state government has also eased restrictions and has decided to extend restaurant and shop timings from the current deadline of 10 pm.
Maharashtra Health Minister Rajesh Tope has said that it has been decided to extend the shop timings in the city till midnight and restaurants can stay open till past 1pm.
Ahead of Diwali, the guidelines will be drafted by the disaster management department.
