The first phase is likely to be completed by February 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Around a month ago, the civic body had floated tenders for appointing consultants for the project&#8217;s peer review. It has received several bids for reviewing the coastal road draft project report (DPR). The bids will be opened by the civic body on Thursday. A senior civic official confirmed that the peer review&#8217;s first phase will be completed by February 2016.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The aim is to complete the project by the year 2019 and we are planning accordingly,&#8221; said the official.
