Earlier too there were complaints of misuse of power by the police, hence I met the DCP and sought an inquiry.&#8221; DCP (zone 7) Vinay Rathod assured Somaiya of a departmental inquiry into the episode. Last year, Somaiya had been accused of slapping an inspector from Mulund police station.
