Rocky Yadav, a Bihar lawmaker’s son accused of shooting and killing a teen in Bihar in a fit of road rage last week, has confessed that he ‘fired at Aditya Sachdev’, a police source told news agency ANI.<\/p>\n

Since his arrest Yadav on Tuesday has continued to deny he killed Sachdev. Rocky had been on the run since the incident last Saturday. Police have since also found a Beretta pistol, which it said was used to commit the crime and was registered in Rocky’s name.His lawmaker mother, Manorma Devi, who was suspended from the JD (U) following the incident, also went on the run after police discovered alcohol in her house during a search, while looking for Rocky. Bihar has outlawed the possession, sale and consumption of alcohol.<\/p>\n

While police have still not found her, Manorma on Friday filed an anticipatory bail petition in the court of a district and sessions judge in Gaya. The move is aimed at thwarting her likely arrest.
