The project has earlier faced delays following failure in attracting apt bidders. &#8220;It was pending since last 7 years &amp; we completed it in less than 1year. The pan Mumbai surveillance to be launched by same time in 2016,&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n<p>CCTV cameras in malls, multiplexes and housing townships will be attached to a state-of-the-art network that will be monitored by cops 24&#215;7.
